Begin with the vehicle identity
Enter the VIN and use decoding to populate supported vehicle fields. Confirm the decoded result against the actual vehicle and paperwork. Mileage, possession details, parties, and other case-specific information still require verification and manual entry.
Decode results describe the vehicle. They do not establish ownership, reveal every lien, or determine eligibility for a title process.
Bring the case details into one workspace
Organize vehicle information, parties, files, recorded mailing information, notes, expenses, and dates with the case. Make the next requested item visible so the office and yard can follow up on the same record.
A case checklist helps organize work that has been recorded. It does not send a notice, perform a legal search, or complete a government title application merely because a step is marked.
One sign-in, connected company access
Linked companies use their TowAdmin sign-in to open TitlesRUs. Company details and yards can be synchronized through the connected settings flows. Operational records and title cases remain in their respective workspaces.
TitlesRUs access can be switched on or off per company by a platform administrator. Turning access off preserves the company’s case data.
Verify the process for the jurisdiction
Impound, lien, notice, and title procedures depend on the facts and jurisdiction. Your team must establish the applicable process, verify dates and recipients, and obtain any required professional review. TitlesRUs organizes records; it does not issue titles or provide legal advice.
Start with the impound case intake checklist to assemble the information for that review. You can also explore the live demo using illustrative records.
