Start with what needs attention
The Overview brings expired credentials and dates coming due to the top. Open a record directly to inspect its details and supporting files. A separate calendar helps you review recorded deadlines across the company.
Those dates come from your records. TowAdmin does not invent legal deadlines or decide whether your operation meets every applicable requirement. Your team reviews the source document, records the right date, and verifies the next step.
Give every record a place
- Employees: license and medical-card dates, certification fields, contact details, supporting documents, and truck assignments.
- Trucks: vehicle identity, registration and inspection dates, photos, and attached files.
- Insurance and maintenance: policy records, service notes, and due dates alongside your operational records.
- Police contracts: a dedicated command center for projects, requirements, tasks, supporting files, and recorded calls.
Bring your back office together
Search company records, review their status, and add a record from the same workspace. Available import tools let authorized users preview employee or truck spreadsheets before committing them; access depends on the company’s enabled features.
Company membership and roles control access. Linked TitlesRUs access uses the same sign-in, while title cases retain their own workflows. Platform administrators can enable or disable that connected workspace for a company.
A practical first setup
- Add the company details and yard locations in Settings.
- Add employees and trucks with dates checked against their source documents.
- Attach the files your team needs and review the Overview.
- Assign responsibility for checking dates and recording renewals.
Use the platform on desktop or a phone. Internet access is required to load and save records. TowAdmin is a back-office platform; it does not provide live dispatch or GPS tracking.
