BUILT FOR THE BACK OFFICE

Driver credentials. Clear dates. Less searching.

A driver’s name in a spreadsheet is a starting point. A usable employee record gives your office the dates, files, and context needed to follow up on a credential before it becomes a last-minute problem.

Keep the record and the evidence together

TowAdmin employee profiles include license details, medical-card expiration, certification fields, employment status, work contact details, and notes. Attach supporting files to the employee rather than relying on an inbox search.

Use clear file categories and review the document itself. A recorded date is useful for finding the next task; it is not proof that the underlying credential is valid.

Turn due dates into a review queue

The dashboard and compliance calendar use recorded deadlines to surface expired and upcoming items. Review a person’s record directly from the attention list, update the relevant date after renewal, and keep the supporting file with the profile.

Employee and truck records can also be connected through assignment history. That gives the office context without turning the employee profile into a dispatch screen.

Bring existing records into the workspace

Authorized companies with imports enabled can preview employee spreadsheets before saving records. Start with a small, checked file. Verify names, employment status, and dates against the source information, then attach the supporting documents separately.

For a new record, enter the employee identity first and add the credential details that apply. Keep unrelated personal information out of general notes and use your company’s access rules when deciding what belongs in the workspace.

Make renewal follow-through visible

Assign an office process for checking the upcoming list, contacting the employee, receiving updated evidence, and reviewing the saved record. TowAdmin can organize that information; the person responsible still has to confirm the credential and any applicable requirements.

For a repeatable process, use the driver credential renewal checklist. It is an office workflow, not a substitute for a complete driver qualification file or regulatory review.
