BUILT FOR THE BACK OFFICE

Towing company software for the work behind every tow.

Dispatch handles the call. Your office still needs to know which driver document expires next, where the truck registration lives, what a police contract requires, and which impound case is waiting on a file. TowAdmin organizes that work around your company records.

What does TowAdmin manage?

TowAdmin is towing company management software focused on the back office. Keep employee profiles and credential dates, truck identities and paperwork, insurance and maintenance records, and police contract information in company-scoped workspaces. The Overview shows recorded expired and coming-due dates with links to the underlying records.

Connected TitlesRUs access gives an enabled company a separate impound title case workspace under the same sign-in. Vehicle details, files, recorded mailings, notes, dates, and expenses stay with the case.

How the office uses it during a normal week

  1. Review the attention list and calendar for dates entered by your team.
  2. Open the driver or truck record and compare its date with the source document.
  3. Attach updated evidence and save the corrected information after a renewal.
  4. Review police contract requirements and keep supporting files with the project.
  5. Open an impound case in TitlesRUs when title paperwork needs its own record and next action.

Search and record links reduce the time spent tracing information across folders. They do not independently verify a license, make a regulatory decision, or complete a title filing.

Where it fits beside dispatch software

Teams looking for tow dispatch software often need call assignment, live truck location, route tracking, and job status updates. TowAdmin does not offer live dispatch or GPS. It concentrates on the company records that still need attention after the call: people, vehicles, contracts, documents, and impound case history.

If your operation uses another dispatch system, TowAdmin can serve as a dedicated place for this paperwork. Do not assume automatic integration or data transfer between systems; enter and verify the information your team wants to manage here.

Start with the records you already have

Set up your company and yards, then add a few employees and trucks with the source documents in hand. Authorized companies with imports enabled can preview employee and truck spreadsheets before saving records. Add police projects and their actual requirements as they become relevant. Review the dashboard to see the dates you entered.

For a concrete first routine, use the towing company paperwork checklist. You can also explore the driver credential workspace, fleet documents, and impound title cases in more detail.
